We are pleased to share that Ad Terra has successfully passed the 2025 ISO 9001:2015 follow-up audit, reaffirming the strength of our quality management system and our commitment to continuous improvement.
Why this year matters
In early 2024, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) introduced new requirements under ISO 9001:2015, asking certified organisations to determine whether climate change is a relevant issue to their operations and quality objectives.
At Ad Terra, we have conducted this assessment and confirmed that climate-related risks and impacts are material to our business and industry context. As an energy sector company operating across traditional and renewable sectors, this integration reflects our commitment to responsible operations throughout the energy transition.
Our integrated approach
As a result, we have formally integrated a double materiality analysis into our Quality Management System, addressing both:
- Climate-related risks to our operations, including both physical impacts (such as extreme weather affecting field operations) and transition-related factors that arise from climate considerations—policy changes, market shifts, and evolving stakeholder expectations.
- Environmental and stakeholder impacts of our activities, including emissions, ecosystem considerations, and social or regulatory outcomes for clients, communities, and partners.
This comprehensive evaluation examines how climate change affects our service delivery capabilities, and how our actions influence the environment and key stakeholders — including clients, partners, communities, and regulators.
Building for the future
This integration is now embedded in our Quality Management System, reflecting our continued adaptation of quality practices to today’s evolving challenges. It also aligns with our broader ESG ambitions while maintaining our operational excellence across all energy sectors.
For Ad Terra, quality is not static—it’s resilient, forward-looking, and built for a changing world.
