Ad Terra is pleased to welcome Aleksandra Bollen as its Head of Human Resources. This newly created position reflects the organisation’s continuous growth.
With a wide range of experience in Human Resources Management, Aleksandra brings valuable know-how to the company’s pursuit of expansion. Having held several senior positions in well-known international companies, Aleksandra has demonstrated her leadership and talent management skills and expertise in change management, building and implementing HR strategies.
Before joining Ad Terra, Aleksandra held a senior HR position in a Geneva-based family office. Previously, as an independent consultant, Aleksandra was engaged in labour law cases and organisational restructuring projects. Aleksandra also served as a Regional HR Director for Nord Anglia Education, an HR Business Partner at the International Air Transport Association, and an HR Manager for La Roche’s representative office in Belgrade, Serbia.
Aleksandra began her career working as a foreign politics journalist at the daily newspaper Danas in Belgrade, Serbia. On two occasions, she participated in a journalist exchange program at the daily newspaper Tagesanzeiger in Zurich, Switzerland. She later joined the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation in Belgrade, Serbia, working on refugee housing programs.
Aleksandra holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a BA diploma in Philology. She has also attended a PhD program in Organisational Behavior at the University of Lausanne. She is fluent in English, German and French.
